  • All the inventory works with 2 different barcodes. (The manufacturer Barcode and / Or your own Barcode)
  • Barcode auto created by OSqin Crm
  • If an item is declare into the OSqin Crm, as Serialized Item, OSqin will also offer you a Lifo or Fifo inventory Solution
  • The inventory will give you automatically the quantity in stock for each item of course but also the virtual stock
  • Virtual stock is sum of all movement recorded such as Stock reserved by a client and PO coming soon from vendors
  • Base on the international rules management OSqin Crm Inventory module works like this:

  • Stage: Quote
  • You create Quote (From scratch) - Will not affect the stock quantity
  • You transfer a Quote to Client Order - That will reserved items quantity from stock
  • You transfer a Quote to Client Packing List (Delivery notice) - That will decrease items quantity from stock
  • You transfer a Quote to Invoice Directly - That will decrease items quantity from stock

  • Stage: Client Order
  • From Client Order stock will be affected - First as seen before order will decrease items quantity value in stock

  • Stage: Purchase Order
  • Create a new Purchase Order or transfer a Client Order to a new Purchase Order - That will update the Quantity Ordered on Stock section
  • Delivery totally or partially a Purchase Order - That will decrease the Quantity Ordered and update the quantity physically in Stock

  • Stage: Client Packing List (Delivery)
  • Create a new Packing List (Delivery) from scratch - That will decrease items quantity on stock
  • Transfer a Client Order to a new Packing List (Delivery) - That will reduce the reserved Quantity and decrease items quantity on stock (because delivered - Is not yours anymore)

  • Stage: Invoice
  • Create a new Invoice from scratch - That will decrease items quantity from stock
  • Transfer a Client Order to Invoice - That will reduce the reserved Quantity and decrease items quantity on stock (because delivered - Is not yours anymore)
  • Transfer a Packing List (Delivery) to Invoice - Will not affect the stock quantity

  • Stage: CMMS Technical Report
  • When a technician create his technical report - That will decrease items quantity from stock
  • If a invoice is needed (Depend of warranty period and Term or Contract Period and Term) this Invoice - Will not affect the stock quantity

  • Filemaker Inventory Serialized:
  • OSqin Crm give you the ability to manage your own Barcode and also the Manufacturer barcode. In fact you also manage the origin of the new item in stock (in case if you have multiple vendors for that item) and of course you can track what is the oldest item you have right now in stock because taht can afftect the cost and then the rentability but also the warranty period from the manufacturer or the the vendor which is a really important matter in term of company management
  • If a invoice is needed (Depend of warranty period and Term or Contract Period and Term) this Invoice - Will not affect the stock quantity
